2. Estimates All estimates are provided in good faith. Many services require an in-person walkthrough before a final quote is provided. Prices may change if the property's condition differs from the original description, additional services are requested, the scope changes, or additional time is required. A final price will always be discussed before work begins.

 

3. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive on time, but traffic, weather, emergencies, or previous appointments may occasionally cause delays.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

5. Access to Property Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property. A lockout or missed appointment fee may apply if access is unavailable.

 

6. Preparation Before Service Secure pets when appropriate, pick up excessive clutter, store valuables safely, and communicate any special instructions before the appointment.

 

7. Cleaning Services While we strive for exceptional results, permanent stains, damage, mold, mildew, rust, hard water deposits, and normal wear may not be completely removable.

 

8. Customer Satisfaction Please notify us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with any portion of your cleaning service. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns.

 

9. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

 

10. Late Payments Outstanding balances may incur late fees as permitted by law, and future services may be suspended until payment is received.

 

11. Safety We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where unsafe or hazardous conditions exist.

 

12. Personal Property Please secure fragile or valuable items. Report accidental damage within 24 hours. We maintain liability insurance and investigate reported incidents.
